Cooperation / Poland-Netherlands

What does the cooperation look like

I am not starting with a contact list. I start by understanding what the company wants to achieve, who it should be talking to, and whether the Netherlands is the right direction at this stage.

Who for

I work with companies that want to make a decision, not just „give the Netherlands a try”.

There is a business goal

The company wants to enter the market, grow sales, find a partner or test the potential of a specific project.

Selection is required

It's not about more names on the spreadsheet, but about choosing interlocutors who fit the offer, scale and intent.

Context is everything

The Polish offer must be translated into the language of the Dutch market: concrete, calm and credible.

Trial

I work in stages so that every decision is justified.

Conversation

First I listen: company goal, offer, expectations, experience, and the reason for entering into Polish-Dutch relations.

Direction

I am checking whether the right move is the market, partner, representation, export sales or refining the offer.

Interviewees

I am choosing the contact type: commercial partner, B2B client, manufacturer, investor, decision-maker or project party.

Operation

I am establishing the sequence and manner of initiating conversations so that the company does not lose credibility through accidental outreach.

Scope

I tailor the scope of cooperation to the goal, industry and stage the company is at.

Rules

Collaboration makes sense when both parties work closely towards the business goal.

I don't promise entry for every company at all costs. Sometimes the best decision is to change the order, refine the offer or choose a different model of presence. That is also of value, because it saves time, budget and reputation.

Discretion

I manage project, investment and partnership matters with discretion and by limiting the incidental flow of information.

No empty promises

If the direction is not ready, I say so clearly. It is better to stop a bad move than to pretend every contact is an opportunity.

Call quality

It is not the number of messages sent that matters, but whether the right person and the right reason for a conversation appear on the other side.

When I advise against starting

Not every company should go to market straight away.

If the proposition is still unclear, company-level decisions are fragmented or expectations do not fit market realities, I sort out the foundation first. This does not delay expansion. It protects it from chaos.

In practice, good cooperation often starts with of an honest diagnosiswhether we are looking for a partner, sales, representation, an investor, or simply answers as to whether the topic makes sense.

FAQ

Most frequent questions before the first interview.

Are we looking for contacts straight away?

Not always. Contacts are only valuable when it is known what the company is looking for and with what proposition it is going to market.

Does the cooperation apply only to the Netherlands?

The main focus is the Poland-Netherlands corridor, but I also frequently work on choosing the city, sector, presence model and the right type of partner.

How to prepare for a discovery call?

It is enough to state clearly what the company does, what it is looking for, what it has already tried and what result would be commercially valuable.

What if the direction doesn't make sense?

Then I point out what is worth refining or changing. Sometimes the best result is the decision not to waste time on a bad move.

First step

Tell me where your company is and what it is looking for on the other side of the market.

One conversation is enough to see whether you need an entry strategy, a partner, representation, or a calm assessment of potential.
