International projects

I handle matters where finding a contact is not enough. You need to understand the parties, their interests and the order of discussions.

A project between Poland and the Netherlands often matures in stages. Before an offer is made, it is necessary to determine who decides, who can help, and who should join the conversation later.

This type of work often combines Poland-Netherlands networking, partner selection and identifying whether the topic is ready for the next stage.

When a project matures

Pages first, then tempo.

There are several pages

Partner, investor, contractor, operator, end-user. Everyone has a different risk and a different motivation for the conversation.

The order is missing

The company knows what it wants to achieve, but does not know whether to start with the market, a partner, representation or an exploratory discussion.

The stakes are high

In B2B projects, one wrongly placed contact can close the door. That's why I sort out the conversation stage first.

Conversation architecture

I am arranging the order of the conversations.

Goal

I name what is to happen in business: market entry, partnership, investment, sales, representation or pilot.

Map

I'm mapping out the roles of the parties and checking who should hear the argument first.

Movement

I'm setting the rhythm of the conversations so that the project doesn't get bogged down between ambition and the lack of the right decision-maker.

What strengthens a project

The project needs the right people.

Design decision

The project has a decision map.

The company knows what conversations are needed, in what order, and why each party should enter the project.

The greatest value appears before the first meeting: who should talk, with what purpose and what must be clear before any declarations are made.
